La villa Araucaria est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. L'emplacement est calme, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Les extérieurs de la villa sont spacieux et bien entretenus.
Il y a un arrêt de bus à 2 min à pied qui permet se rejoindre rapidement Ischia, et permet aussi d'accéder à tous les endroits de l'île à visiter. Anna, la dame qui s'occupe de la maison, est vraiment très sympathique et s'est montrée aux petits soins pour nous.
Il est à relever qu'une des chambres de la villa se situe au sous-sol, ce qui la rend moins attrayante que les autres, malgré le fait qu'elle soit spacieuse et équipée d'un jacuzzi.

La villa est superbe. Tout est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Très propre.
Le personnel est formidable, nous étions aux petits soins tous les jours. Merci à Anna, la cheffe de maison et à notre cuisinier Nicolas, entre-autre.

A Perfect Slice of Paradise – Beyond 5 Stars!
We spent 7 unforgettable days at Villa Araucaria in Ischia, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like staying at a beloved relative’s home — thanks entirely to Carlo Basile, the most gracious and attentive host we’ve ever encountered.
Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique!
The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer!
The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay.
A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️
We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense.
