About this villa rental
The villa is located in a private compound. Outside there is the bus stop to reach the other villages of the island. We have 6 rooms with private bathrooms. Some of them have a jacuzzi, some are suitable as family rooms. Guests can enjoy the private pool and a fitness area with sauna or a free shuttle service to a beach with thermal pool. During cold season, all the external area will be close. There are wide terraces and a lush garden fully equipped.
Surroundings Lovable place, valuable, full of natural beauties to discover and thermal springs. We are located above the famous Castiglione thermal park and just a few minutes away from numerous bathing beach establishments. The Port hosts ships from all over the world that interchange the dock during the season. It is very pleasant to walk on the pier and admire the amazing view. Entertainment Right in the center there are numerous bars, shops and local craft shops. In the evening, you can entertain in one of the many clubs listening to music or enjoying one of the many village festival. For the gourmet Villa Araucaria is close to the best restaurants in the area, serving fresh fish and Mediterranean specialties, cooked with local ingredients and following the traditional recipes.

What an amazing place. Beautiful views and layout. Pool is great. Carlo is a great host and super helpful. I have zero negative comments. You will not be disappointed staying here!

We couldn’t have been happier to have picked this place. A group of friends (6) all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The outdoor space is certainly a highlight with tons of seating, a beautiful pool and stunning views. The location is very good, right next to the bus and close to the port. The property is up a bit of a steep hill but all cabs drove up the hill. Rooms were all bright and comfortable with good A/C. The host, Carlo, was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and arranging transport to and from the port. Would highly recommend for a large group or family. Beautiful island and a great place to stay. Couldn’t have been happier!

Excellent well suited villa for a big family get together. We were 8 adults and 4 children, each room has its own ensuite. The outdoor area is varied, almost every room has its own veranda, different levels for the pool, gym area, dining area, sunbathing area so plenty of room and space to find quiet corner for yourself. The island is amazing with loads to do and see, beautiful harbours with lovely restaurants and clear blue sea, castles, mountains/forests to walk, and thermal spa's to rest in. Its about a 20 minute walk to a town either side of the villa, but you can also catch the bus. Travel round the island by bus is the best way, although they don't keep to a timetable. Everyone is very helpful, even when they don't speak the same language - it was fantastic holiday
