Great value.

Clean, welcoming, great communications. Loved the map in the lobby showing where different guests had come from and also the personalised welcome message in our flat.

A little small for three beds, with two of them close together in the living area. But this was clear and understood beforehand and the price reflected that. Perfectly OK for a short stay. Would happily return.

We had a pleasant stay in Brest. Host is very friendly and easy to get in toch with.

Communication with host was excellent, by mail and by Booking.com Appartment was nice, with a lot of personal details by the hosts. Made you feel a bit like home.

YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR SUITCASES TO THE SECOND FLOOR

the apartment was nice and everything functioned well

we were given an appartement on the second floor and the building has no lift. Also the owner wasn’t there (self check-in), so I had to carry the heavy suitcases up myself. For an 80 year old, quite a challenge.

Well equipped for a few nights stay.

May not be suitable for people who can’t walk far if have no car as up and/or down hill to get to centre of town or Port. Many establishments not open on a Monday night (September) so recommend people take provisions to prepare something in the apartment(stove/oven/microwave/toaster/kettle/coffee machine available.)

A very pleasant stay in a really nice apartment. We enjoyed our stay there very much indeed.

The location was pretty good. Nice view of the sea and parking was close by and not a problem at all.

There was nothing wrong with the accommodation. The only blip was that the couple staying next door to our apartment were rather noisy during the night!!!! Their antics woke up my daughter and she wasn't happy to hear that next to where she was sleeping. But apart from that one episode, everything else was very good.

L’appartement possède des belles pièces à vivre

L’appartement est très mal sonorisé, on attend tous les bruits du voisinage et l’escalier trop étroit pour accéder à l’appartement. Une mauvaise literie, matelas de mauvais qualité des trous dans le lit, nous avons très mal dormi, nous sommes partis avec des douleurs aux dos.

Séjour agréable sur Brest

Studio fonctionnel, lit hyper confortable , les hôtes ont préparé un book avec le bon fonctionnement des appareils du logement , les visites à effectuer , les bons restos bref j’ai trouvé ça très sympathique et accueillant. Merci pour les petits bonbons . De bons échanges avec les hôtes merci pour tout
