Small basic flat in residential area

Warm and functional. Good location - near retail park, ideal for exploring Moray. Beds were comfortable. Owner was excellent. Very responsive to our concerns

Had some issues when we arrived which were dealt with promptly when contacting the owner. Flat itself is basic, garden is small and not enclosed. The twin room is very small with no storage area for luggage. A bit expensive for what you get.

enjoyable stay near plenty shops quiet area no noise from upstairs flat

bedroom was a little small, space taken up with wardrobe and shelves .shelves not serving much use could have been better rearranging space with wardrobe

good kitchen, bathroom and sitting room but would benefit from bigger bed and perhaps master bedroom move to back.

didn’t sleep due to size of bed unsuitable for a couple especially when both tall. had to sleep in other room in single bed blinds in living room didn’t work and fell apart in middle.

Comfortable, cosy and well equipped apartment near Elgin town centre

The apartment was well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathroom. It was cosy, comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Good shower. It was most welcome to have a few basics such as tea, coffee and washing powder provided. The area was very quiet. The owner was responsive when messaged.

The external appearance of the block that the property is part of is not very appealing and looks rather run down. Cutting the grass and hedge at the back and having a couple of pots of flowers by the front door would make it so much more welcoming. Although very well equipped, we missed having a chopping board in the kitchen and a simple coat rack in the hallway would have been welcome. These are small points, just suggestions to make the property even better. Calling it Distillery Apartment is a bit of a stretch as others have noted and risks people being disappointed when they find the property is on the edge of a rather typical Scottish bungalow housing estate.

Es war ruhig! Die Lage war i.O.

Matratze durchgelegen, so dass man die einzelnen Federn gespürt hat. Veranda nicht vorhanden. Besteck musste nachgespült werden, da es teilweise verschmutzt war. Schimmel in der Waschmaschine und im Bad. Küchenboden hat geklebt. Schade...
