The ap location, rooms sizes and cleanliness, the terrace, and the location in a perfect area. Everything was great, Xenia was very kind even she-s not speaking english. We ve understood perfectly with her. If we ll travel soon in Medulin, we ll definitely choose Ap. Dario

The host welcomed us nicely. Excellent accommodation in a quiet part of Medulin. Private parking in front of the apartments.

Exceptional

Everything absolutely perfect! Very nice, friendly and polite owner. Great comfortable new flats, extremely fresh and clean, with balcony. Very good seperate parking places. Quiet and beautiful district. 15 minutes walk to the center and the beach. We were really enchanted by this place. The best in Medulin!

Fantastic apartment would stay at again.

Everything was lovely, very clean, fluffy towels, parking very close, host was on sight readily available.

No PowerPoint in the bathroom that I could find, no microwave, no a/c in the lounge/ kitchen area.

Nincs messze a belvárostól, pár száz méterre található a szupermarket is, ez megkönnyíti a bevásárlást. Új, modern, a kialakítás családok számára is ideális (3 gyermekkel utaztunk). A vendéglátó hölgy rendkívül szívélyes volt.

Все супер, але трішки далекувато йти, якщо машиною їхати на пляж то супер.

Чисто, просторо, комфортно. Є паркування. В номері є все необхідне (мікрохвильовка, холодильник, посуд, плита). Номер з великим балконом. Господарка дуже привітна. До центрального пляжу йти хвилин 20, до чистого сусіднього пляжу (набагато кращого ніж центральний) машиною 7 хв (є безкоштовна парковка), пішки 30-35 хв

Nous étions à moto et le parking proposé est juste à côté de l’appartement et couvert. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont très récents

Koliko novaca toliko i kvalitete

Velicina svih prostorija, izuzetno cist apartman.

Osjetio se malo miris u apartmanu (u prizemlju - nesto nalik na vlagu) sto je cudno jer je apartman izuzetno čist a na zidovima nema tragova prljavstine ili vlage. Ne bi bilo loše zamijeniti madrace na krevetima sa jastucima te trosjed u boravku te oprati ili zamijeniti sve zavjese. Televizija ima samo strane satelitske programe sto je nezgodno za domace goste koji bi rado pogledali televizijske programe iz HR. Za duzi boravak potrebna je i perilica posuđa koja nedostaje. No, kada bi se rijesili svi nedostaci vjerojatno bi i cijena boravka bila dosta viša…
