The location was perfect with a lovely pool to relax. We really liked the apartment.

The location was perfect, with a bakery nearby. It was also in walking distance of the restaurants and boulevard, where there was a lot of activity at night. The pool was really nice. And parking was always available, which was very nice. Also the presence of washing machine and dishwasher was very handy.

The sleeping couch was a bit hard to set up and not very comfortable.

Highly recommended apartment, great for all types of travellers.

Excellent location, quiet but walking distance to center and beach. No problem parking, extra spaces available. Pool area was great! Apartment is new, clean, cool on hot days, well equipped. Highly recommended.

1) apartment was not sufficiently clean 2) dishwasher was not working (owner informed, but action wasn’t taken on time) 3) sofa bed wasn’t comfortable (owner should have also provided with clear instructions for how to set it up, which surprisingly was not straightforward)

Bad

there is not enough parking spaces in front of the property, although parking is claimed to be available on the posting. not a major issue however. we were able to find a parking space 100m away on a street. there was another major issue that left me with no other options than to give a bad review. the staff wasn’t able to provide me with an invoice/receipt for the stay, thus I wasn’t able to claim it in my job. this has causes a major inconvenience although I tried to communicate it with the staff repeatedly.

Appartement ok, but no contact with the host ….very few places for parking also !

I was very disappointed by the welcoming, actually none. One guy showed up after 30 min without saying nothing like hi, welcome …. Just said that our room was occupied by another family who needs to move…! Very strange and unprofessional !

Everything was great, everyone was kind and helpful. I would especially like to highlight Christine's kindness, she had a kind word every day.

A microwave oven would be nice if it were part of the equipment, a great help for families with small children

Great place to stay , we had a top floor apartment with a super view .

Spacious and very clean apartment. Great location we could walk everywhere. Bakery and restaurants close by if you don’t want to walk to the harbour. Super views from our balcony and a nice pool to swim in .

The lighting in the apartment was poor. Lots of dark areas. The redundant fridge restricted the access into the bedroom and bathroom.

Photos don’t match the apartments

Although our apartment was clean and comfortable it was not the same apartment in the photos that we booked on booking.com. Rather than being on the ground floor pool level we were in a basement apartment right next to the road. Hours spent arguing with the owner and booking.com got us absolutely nowhere as they both blamed each other for the mistake. Owner refused to let us cancel so we begrudgingly spent 3 unhappy nights here.

The apartment we booked online was completely different to the apartment we were given. Owner had no interest in trying to fix the issue.

Good location

Very good location, close to the center. We also liked seaside view from the balcony and nice, clean furniture.

There was no sunshade on the balcony, so you can’t sit there in the middle of the day and the bed creaked a lot.

Tourist trap!!!

The furniture is new and premium class. The 4.5mx3.5m pool is a bonus and in the evening it is also illuminated, although it needs some maintenance as on the second day I found one of the stairs fallen which was the same on the third day too so I repaired it my self, screwing back the fallen screw. The water was clean in the pool. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment bu you have to buy the detergent for both as there are none in the apartment, usually at other properties the owner left also the consumables for the washers, but here even the soap was missing..

First of all I was overcharged by the property, even though I showed the owner the booking page stating that the city tax is included in the price from booking, he did not care about it, saying I have to pay it. When I requested the invoice it took 2 days top get it, because of course giving the money in cash in EURO the owner did not issue any invoice/receipt for them - it never happened to me in Croatia before in 10 years. Then when I got the invoice it was in Kuna although I payed in EURO - that gave booking hard time to evaluate the charge. Third thing is that there are not enough parking spaces, there are 6 apartments but only 5 parking places, so when I arrived the last one to the property not having a spot to park my car (although I definitely requested parking space at booking and it was assured), I called the owner and he appointed me to park near some construction materials, with half of my car blocking the street and another property entrance. I told him that is not OK because someone can hit my car but he did not care, I am wondering if something would have happened to my car he would have been eager to pay for the reparation of a 89.000 EURO SUV. Definitely this is one property I will NEVER return, I had options in the same money near the beach and with breakfast included, but we opted for the pool instead - BAD DECISION, NOT WORTHY! The rooms are also rather small, you do not have place for putting the luggages. The bad in the living room for the 2 persons beside the bedroom was in the immediate vicinity of the entrance door which is perfectly transparent (no shaders) and right in front of the terrace of the other apartment, so especially in the evening the guests form the other apartment had a clear view in our room directly in the bad - that's just not OK. In the ceiling there were several spider nests as well.

Gute Apartment

Der Schef ist sehr freundlich und man kann ihn gut erreichen. Man kann sich auch mit den anderen Gästen gut an dem Pool integrieren. Wir haben sehr nette Nachbarn gehabt. Der Urlaub war wunderbar.

Ein paar Möbel waren nicht ganz aber es waren nur Kleinigkeiten. Im Bad, oben in 2 Stock, hat es vom Siphon etwas schlecht gerochen. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Nie mehr in diese Wohnung!

Sonnig, Pool, schöner Freisitz, Parkplatz vor dem Haus!

Küchenutensilien extrem ungenügend Bett/Matratze Katastrophe. WLAN plötzlich, nach 2 Tagen unsicheres Netzwerk. Eigentümer angeschrieben und informiert. Keinerlei Rückmeldung. Dann Zugriff -Versuch auf Bankdaten auf uns über WLAN der Wohnung. Moskitonetz am Schlafzimmer defekt! Sitzgelegenheit am Pool voller weißer Hundehaare. Fernseher, keine Bedienungsanleitung! Keine Salatschüsseln, keinerlei Reinigungsmittel für Bad! Polster im Wohnzimmer extrem abgenutzt. Dachwohnung: scheinbar keine Wärme - Isolierung im Dachbereich. Klima lief trotz 19 Grad Nachts bis zum nächsten Morgen durch. Auf Anfrage ob es Kochlöffel und ein scharfes Messer gibt, wurden wir vom Eigentümer an den nächsten Supermarkt verwiesen. 1 Geschirrhandtuch und ein Minischwamm vorhanden. 4 Lampen in der Küche waren defekt!

Byli jsme tři, ale ručníky pouze pro dva lidi. Na apartmánu bylo spousta prachu na zemin a nějaké drobky. První dva dny byl bazén hodně špinavý - pak po urgenci vyčištěn.

Pool ist viel kleiner als auf den Fotos und mittig zwischen den Terrassen der übrigen Appartements, Dusche war unzureichend mit Wasser versorgt, Haare waschen daher fast unmöglich, komischer Geruch in der Wohnküche
