Beautiful hotel, lovely pool, wide and lovely beach.
The spacious and clean rooms, the proximity to the commercial town of Santa Maria, and the lush and select vegetation, which is certainly a plus on such a desert island.
Receptionists kind and helpful. They put you at ease.
The wait every evening for a table for dinner. The cleaning team seems to be understaffed even in the high season. For these two aspects, it is reasonable to expect more from a five-star hotel.

- The bedroom: large room, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom
- The staff: all were super friendly and helpful
- The location: walking distance to the town, wonderful beach
- The food: good choices and different themes for dinner
- The spa: relaxing spa and massage with good technique
The team made a special effort for my son’s birthday. We had a beautiful breakfast at Bounty and the room was decorated with cake and balloons
- The room: The extra sofa bed was not comfortable
- Entertainment: Not much to do in the evening, would be great to have a few more facilities such as pool table, tennis court, table tennis

Beautiful hotel, lovely grounds, nice pool and spa
Staff were terrible. Appalling service from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Absolutely not what you expect from a 5 star hotel or for this price
