Villa Topaz at Palm Beach by Waiheke Unlimited

Location was outstanding.

The property was fine.

Clean and tidy

Not enough tiolet paper supplied.

The view was excellent Great bed, decent shower

breakfast at the "resort" was not great. They were very busy due to a large party from the previous night and understaffed. We had booked there partly due to the restaurant on site, and on arrival discovered it was closed due to a private party which was disappointing. And it was noisy that night. ***This is NOT the fault of the Villa owners though, this is a resort issue I prefer clean towels every day, Very low overhead beams in a couple of places, under the eaves outside and inside as well - Don't book here if you are over 6'2"

Pretty good location. Had a good view of palm Beach. Bed was comfy.

Despite all other reviews, they have not replaced the awful pillows. I recommend you take your own if you want to sleep without damaging your neck. Internet was not working and because it was the weekend, messages go to an out of hours voice mailbox. They never responded to any of my messages in the 4 days we were there! Some simple instructions for where to find the internet modem and how to check it could have reduced stress. If you are visiting from another country and have only limited data on a sim, internet is your lifeline. The bedroom is tiny, you can only just fit around the bed. Although the villa is set inside a resort with other villas, it is not owned by the resort and you do not have free access to facilities. The advert does not warn you that you have to pay to use the swimming pool and hire a towel! They only tell you after you book.
