The holiday of a lifetime!

A few things not working properly (broken door, light wouldn't switch off,) but these were all addressed

we stayed at the villa 8 nights, 10 people (two families of 5, including young kids- we enjoyed every minute!

incredible villa next to the lake. The villa is well equipped for a long stay, big rooms, common area and kitchen. amazing view, great location to travel around the lake.

Perfect location with beautiful terraces and views!

Spacious inside and out! Right on the water front in the middle of all that the village had to offer. Well equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas and beautiful terraces to sit and take in lake views.

A minor point only - a sun umbrella on the terraces would have been appreciated as in the heat we were seeking some shade at times. Eventually the vines may grow to create natural shade but in the meantime it would be good.

Another perfect 10!

Beautiful villa overlooking lake guarda. Evenings would be spent sipping wine on the terrace and seeing the sun set. Great location: everything is right outside the villa. It’s a small town and everything is within 500mt walking distance Good staff: this villa is owned by a full service hotel (separate location close by) and so you get all the usual facilities like concierge, 24/7 support etc.

Ein faszinierender Urlaub, der unser Interesse für Italien geweckt hat.

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade. Pizzerias waren nur eine Steinwurfweite entfernt. Der nächste kleinere aber gut ausgestattete Supermarkt für Lebensmittel und Haushaltsdingen war ca. 200 m entfernt. Alle Klimaanlagen funktionierten sauber, Fernseher auf jedem Zimmer. 3 Etagen, Sonnenterrasse oben und unten mit Liegen und allen Auflagen dafür, alles war komplett. Sogar ein Aufzug von EG nach 1 war da. Internet Wlan überall, Küche komplett ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Geschirr, Kühlschrank sehr groß mit Gefrierschrank auch groß und Eiswürfelfunktion, leistungsstarke Mikrowelle, sogar eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine , alles funktionierte. Alle Toiletten auch mit Bidet und Wanne und insgesamt eine ( für meinen Begriff) geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Kurz Luxus pur aus meiner Sicht.

Man kann mit dem eigenen Auto nicht vorfahren um auszuladen, weil es eine Zone mit eingeschränkten Zugriff (Limited Access Area) ist. Das wurde aber glänzend gelöst, indem wir mit einem elektrischen Golfwagen (wie auf einem Golfplatz) abgeholt wurden am Schloß am Hafen und alles Gepäck aufgeladen wurde, egal wie oft er fahren musste, nachdem die Autos sicher in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage kostenlos abgestellt wurde. Alles war super organisiert und funktionierte und elektronische Kommunikation mit dem Handy (WhatsApp und auch mit Bildern ) war kein "Neuland" wie bei uns hier in unserer Demokratie. Englisch sollte man schon a bisserl können, das klappt am besten, aber Deutsch geht auch irgendwie.

וילה מדהימה ביופיה ממש על שפת האגם! מרווחת ומצוידת היטב לחופשה משפחתית הצוות מדהים וקשוב! הנוף מהמם וכמה כיף שיש גם יציאה לרחוב איטלקי מיוחד ברור שנחזור שוב!!!

Vista spettacolare fronte lago

Il punto di forza della villa è la posizione mozzafiato fronte lago, la vista si può ammirare dalla grande terrazza al piano superiore e dai vari terrazzini della proprietà e anche dal giardinetto interno. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi come anche le camere al piano di sopra. Ottimo per un gruppo di amici! Il personale è stato reattivo e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Molto utili i due posti auto in garage coperto inclusi con possibilità di aggiungere altri posti a 15€ al giorno.

Per un'esperienza ancora più lussuosa ci sarebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione interna a attenzione ai dettagli. Ad esempio, basterebbe togliere qualche mobile in soggiorno per rendere la zona più spaziosa e curata.

Vacanze di natale

Per la seconda volta posso solo dire che la villa è tenuta bene e gli ambienti regalano una bellissima atmosfera. Inoltre essere davanti al lago è una cosa rara, dalle finestre senti sempre il rumore. Dalla terrazza si possono godere tramonti spettacolari e la cucina enorme ti da la possibilità di cenare con amici senza darti problemi di spazio. Le camere sono enormi e tutte hanno la vista sul lago. La casa perfetta per fare delle vacanze con amici o parenti.

Unico imprevisto non arrivava acqua calda nelle doccia ma in un giorno hanno risolto subito il problema.
