About this house rental
Hollywood Haven is a comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom, spacious holiday and corporate fully furnished accommodation, situated in a quiet location in Mildura.
This well presented and attractive townhouse provides an easy and most convenient way to enjoy your stay together with all modern conveniences to ensure an enjoyable holiday or corporate stay.
TV is provided in the lounge area and WIFI is provided.
The light filled open plan living and dining area leads into the modern kitchen supplied with electrical appliances, plenty of storage space and a breakfast bar. Through the glass opening door there is an outdoor alfresco area with table and chairs and a gas barbeque. All three bedrooms have built-in robes and the master bedroom features an ensuite. The second bathroom is a semi ensuite accessed from the bedroom and hallway and features a bath for relaxing and soaking after a busy day or for the children to enjoy. Natural gas heating in the lounge /dining area and ducted cooling throughout the house provides comfort through the seasons and the secure double lockup garage leads into the kitchen for convenience.
Tastefully decorated with neutral tones throughout including quality furnishings, full bedding, linen, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and a special welcome gift on arrival. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are also a special treat after along day of travel.
We provide a strict cleaning protocol along with hand sanitiser, cleaning wipes and a QR Code upon check in.
Rates advertised are based on two guests, which is two guests using one bedroom unless otherwise arranged.
Additional charges apply for separate bedrooms and additional guests.
Extra guests $40.00 per night.

We had a lovely stay in Kim's property. It was very convenient to where we needed to be for the basketball tournament. Kim's place is very clean and we were extremely happy with our stay.

The photos don’t show that it’s so close to other houses. We thought it was a house not a unit... also says it’s closer to town in the map and it’s not
