The master bedroom offers an ensuite & walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom is modern & features a bath, separate shower and vanity. A separate toilet is provided.
The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed and built in robes.
Secure parking is well catered for with double lock up garage featuring a remote controlled auto roller door with secure internal direct access into the villa and also to the back yard area. Please note that there is not enough parking for boats and trailers on site at this property. Parking on Eighth Street for large vehicles etc. is available.
