Good location . Good Resturants and room was clean and comfortable.

On weekends you see don’t see much staff. No bellman or doorman’s are seen . Also when we were checking out early at 6.30am . We didn’t find anyone in the lobby at reception concierge or the driver for 20 mins .

The rooms were spacious. Lunch we paid for was exceptional.

The breakfast was limited and soft drinks were excluded from the breakfast menu which my child wanted. There was no sauna room and steam room was terrible took 15 minutes to start and was only steam not hot at all. The spa staff member we felt was abit disassociated and was looking down at my daughter.

The room was descent size, not too big not too small. Bathroom is also in compact size with small but cute Bath tub. Full range with many varieties of food menu for Break Fast & Dinner is well. The disputes, issue & arguments went to managers, Mr. Ranjith, Mr. Karthik, Mr. Vishnu and really they handled this consciously and maturely which ended on a positive note also made us happy. To sort this & coverup they offered us complimentary dinner & the drinks were sent to our room for our complete stay. MOSAIC restaurant staff Ashish & Shabir were prompt & kind in hosting with timely support.

We reached the hotel we were asked to park our own vehicle as no valet services available. We had booked with lounge access and breakfast options for our 2 nights stay. during our check in process we were kept on hold because of the unavailability of lounge access which became lengthy discussion and delayed our check in process. 1st night our lounge access was arranged at the Le Petit Belge club by the hotel with only 2-3 food options & limited to eat also. (suppose to be unlimited for lounge access). Here as per the Club & Pool Manager toddler (age) & short dress were not allowed and rudely asked us to leave from there while my daughter was eating. (we were not informed about the rules & regulations while booking or via email communication or while entering the place at that moment). This became an serious & prestige's issue for me which further became a very big dispute and argumentative subject between us. 2nd night at the pool people were enjoying the drinks and food at pool. here again Club & Pool Manager didn't allow the staff to serve us, then the managers who supported us again intervened in this and then were allowed to serve the same. Honestly we felt some kind of racism for the first time in our travel history which made us fight and disturb our holiday.

It’s neat and clean

However, housekeeping was disappointing because they did not clean the room every day.
