The location was excellent, you're steps away from all the shops, restaurants and cafes. Although it is centrally located, however, we did not experience any loud noises from the exterior. The check-in and check-out experience was excellent. The room and bathroom were very elegant and we loved the decor. Francy was really efficient in answering all our concerns and she also suggested excellent apperitivo and dinner places :)
The only thing we did not like was the walk from our car (in car park 6- the closest to the accommodation) to bring our suitcases to the building. However, Francy also suggested that we can bring our car inside, close to the accommodation for helping with the luggage, after registering the car number for the town gate entrance. We decided to just bring our luggage ourselves rather than bringing in the car. It's around 3-4 min walk from the car park to the accommodation on a hill.

Easy check-in, prompt communication, beautiful hotel, room has coffee, tea, shower essentials. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere as well.
Maybe helpful to have some essentials for guests in the common room space. We had looked forward to opening a special bottle of wine but couldn’t find an opener and most shops were closed.

Host was the best. Have never seen someone so helpful. We forgot to pay the city tax, she sent us a payment link which we paid a day later and the lady didn’t even follow up once.
