Always Easy I Ático Plaza

This property has a 5 star location, is incredibly spacious and wonderful staff that operate it! It’s a walking distance to just about everything, great people watching over the balcony and the washing machine is a lifesaver when mid holiday. The team looking after us helped us check in early, and held our bags, as well as sharing brilliant local recommendations - I’d recommend it based on their help! We loved sitting on the balcony, and having a common living area to chill.

The lack of aircon in summer was challenging, and with only one operational fan, there wasn’t really any way to cool down at night. The shower & sinks drain very slowly, so when showering, you end up standing in dirty water and there is a constant concern it may overflow. We weren’t left with much toilet paper. We ran out mid stay, and while the team brought more 24HRs later, it really is a basic amenity that should be available - especially if the apartment isn’t being cleaned or serviced during a stay (which it wasn’t).

The location was perfect! It was two blocks to the surfing beach, surrounded by tons of great cafes and restaurants. The balcony outside overlooks the park which was great to sit and enjoy in the morning or evening.

We would have loved if a little bit of ground coffee was provided with the rental since it had the coffee machine, but otherwise no complaints!

The property was spacious and comfortable and in a great location. The lift is super small, only fits two people at a push. It’s by a large plaza so do expect noise coming through the night and early morning.

There were a lot of things that were broken and not working, such as some of the blinds, the door to the balcony in the room didn’t close properly ( they had to send someone out to fix) and the shower head was broken. The property needs a little investment.
