Great location, nice and warm, friendly staff
I stayed here while hiking the West Highland Way and it was a bit of calm in the storm. It was a rainy and cold day and the shower was hot and the heater worked great! There is also a kettle with coffee and tea in the room to warm you up! It is easy walking distance from the main drag, food shopping and restaurants.

Stay was short did not use restaurant or bar as was very annoyed with the £25 charge for pet.
Average hotel nothing special over priced.
Charge for pet at £25 is extortionate and no dog basket or drink bowl provided. the only way of knowing the charge for pet was £25 was be reading the frequent questions. If Id discovered this before booking I would not have booked. Annoyed that Hotel was not flexible with the charge considering we were only in the room for 12 hours.

My cousin and I had a mishap with our rental car, in between towns, during a heavy rain, and by the time everything was done, we knew we didn't want to continue to the accommodation we had already booked. The tow truck driver recommended this hotel. We didn't know what to expect but we were stunned by this place. The staff were beyond accommodating and helpful. The room was larger than expected and the amenities (water, chocolate, etc.) were totatlly unexpected, too. We felt like we were transported to a different time where quality, graciousness and true hospitality were the rule rather than the exception. The restaurant offered some truly Scottish dishes, which we both enjoyed. Breakfast was very good, with the same attentiveness shown us the night before. I can't compliment the restaurant staff enough. They were amazing - and the same people served us the next morning. We wondered if they ever slept. If we're ever in that neighbourhood again during our next trip to Scotland we will definitely be staying there again. We were so impressed.
I've never been treated so well in any accommodation as we were there. Maybe the fact we are seniors helped, but I think they treat everyone like royalty. We couldn't find one little thing wrong with this beautiful hotel.

Interesting building in good location. In house restaurant was good and reasonbly priced.
Some fittings were a little tired. For instance, the curtains were old and faded.

Never stopping again.
The staff were pleasant and there was plenty of parking.
Well, where do I start? When booking we booked the executive room based on the description and pictures that looked like it was super luxurious and a huge bed, what we actually got was a cold, bare room with the most uncomfortable bed that felt like it was going to collapse and you was falling into the middle, it barely was a double. It seemed as if it was a completely different room to what was pictured, or they had changed it after the pictures were taken. We also booked the half board option and afraid to say the dinner was absolutely awful. We are quite easy going, and also easy to please when it comes to food but dear oh dear it was the worst food ever with most food choices not available. The whole place was cold even the waiting staff were serving food in puffer coats. The price of the room with half board option was quite a lot of money and you definitely do not get what you pay for.

Superb.
Spotless, comfortable room and bed. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Chef Naik made a Mumbai curry especially for me as I was vegetarian/vegan and it was most enjoyable. Thanks to Nina, Dondon, Naik and Amir.
As a vegetarian it would have been nice to have these options readily available.
