La localisation et les équipements
Les escaliers sur trois étages...Certes, les hôtes préviennent mais dans la pratique, c'est un peu dur de le faire plusieurs fois par jour...Appartement plus adapté pour des jeunes que pour des seniors !

le logement étant situé au 2eme étage il ne peut être recommandé à des personnes âgées ( 57 marches ) à monter la literie ( un grand lit )et un lit secondaire ne peuvent accueillir que trois personnes ce dernier devenant très inconfortable en se dédoublant pour accueillir deux personnes.Pas assez de rangement pour les habits de trois personnes.
