Amazing location, beautiful views. Saw a comment on the shower - there is a little bath seat to use so it really isn’t a inconvenience.

Nothing! Just to note though there are quite a few steps to get into the property as you can’t drive right outside - this is not an issue at all, just to note if you have a lot of luggage.

The address of the room is now corrected (after we arrived and complained about it), so no one will had such a bad check-in experience as we did. The room has a great view making the climbing of the 70 stairs worth it. The balconies have sun umbrellas to allow staying during daytime. The room is the yellow one shown in the photo, as well as the last part of the stairs. The beds were very comfortable. Towels and sheets had the hotel name on them. When we arrived, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the owner helped us with the suitcases over the stairs. Room is spacious. The Wi-Fi was good and worked all the time.

When we booked the room, the address shown on the Booking was incorrect and showed a room accessible from the street (no stairs). When we arrived at the wrong address and realize that the room was not there, we called the phone they had on Booking and it was not answered. When they called us back a lady told us “I am not the owner, I will transfer your complains to the owner” and only when we threaten to go to the tourist police we got the owner’s phone. The correct address is in a location that requires to climb 70 steps (55 on the road and 15 to enter the room). If I knew this information, I would probably have chosen a different room. According to the owner “Booking puts the address randomly” which of course was a lie, but luckily (for next visitors) the address is changed now to the correct one! We stayed 5 days and the room was cleaned only once (day 2). According to the owner this was “due to covid protocol, that requires certified people to enter the room wearing masks and only every 4 days”. We told them that this wasn’t true, and it was the law that applied on the lockdown and has changed months ago! Last day before our departure, when returned to the room, we found the owner and one man repairing the TV sitting on our bed without masks. Well, they don’t change sheets, but anyone can enter the room and sit on your bed. Since the sheets were 3 days old already it wasn’t a big deal to have some more people sitting on them wearing working cloths!!! The room is old and many details showing it. The air-conditioner is probably the loudest I have ever seen and makes sleeping a real challenge, the windows frames are old, the window curtains are old, and the room has no sun-blocking curtains to darken the room. When we arrived the shower head was spraying water from the rear making having a shower a challenge. We were told that the repair man has visited our room to see it (too many visitors), but he couldn't fix it.
