Location fine, apartment spacious but presented really poorly
Location was great - an easy walk to everything Beds were comfortable
Whilst other reviews comment on the cleanliness of bathroom, lack of shower pressure, single set of keys and the lack of basic supplies - the responses implied that these would be rectified… however absolutely nothing of these has been fixed. Showers did not drain and the black mould horrendous. Stayed for ten days and as for cleaning products and toiletries supplies, one bin liner, one dishwasher tablet, 2 half roles or toilet paper. Many of the lights did not work. Only one set of keys and no basics in the kitchen. The apartment itself is fine just no care in making sure it was presentable. Buying all those extra things (cleaning products etc) were a big hidden cost

Excellent and spacious stay in the city centre
The location is perfect, right in the old town centre. Perfect to explore Como. We met no staff, but everything was handled well through messaging. The apartment was clean and spacious, lots of restaurants and shops around.
The only minus was that the other shower did not drain well and the shower head was quite clogged with calc buildup.

Very charming! Will be back.
This is a charming apartment in a superb central location. I am reluctant to say too much as it will make more people stay and force the price up. The rooms are generous in size and there is space to relax and self cater with ease. The building is so central, yet very quiet.
The WiFi could be better. We found that at 3 devices it struggled and needed frequent restting for browisng and tv use only. A second set of keys would be helpful.

Lovely house in a great location. Fantastic host!
The property is very pretty and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay, although pretty short. Special kudos to our host Amanda, who was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended for longer holidays and for families.
