Great location near the beach but very easy to get into the city centre. Beautifully clean and staff very welcoming. Loved the fact you could have a free beer or water and they had an honesty box for wine. Definitely stay again!

Breakfast was lovely outside on the terrace, we enjoyed going out on the bikes, local resturants were really nice and the tram was on our doorstep

Location is very nice near the quieter side of Porto.
Check in process was strange felt like we arrived at a hospital person told us fill out forms, here are keys, here is elevator thanks. No warm greeting or welcome feeling and no help getting bags to the room. Told 5 times how to operate the elevator. Bathrooms are strange feels like a hospital ward not a good design like the rest of the room bad lighting and terrible clogged shower. Breakfast was simply terrible for a place that is listed on design hotel websites and outliers the breakfast should not be a basic buffet style with bad pastries, pre packaged yogurts and brown looking fruit so surprising how bad the breakfast was awkward and strange even the staff working were just very quiet and felt distant. Love what the place is trying to do but it is missing something bright side was the location right on the river in the best part of Porto. Also housekeeping never took away dirty dishes from room had to keep leaving things outside the door, no tie string for the robe, no iron, the place could be so much better if the staff warm up and hospitality goes a little further also adding a coffee machine in the room and a mini bar maybe tried to get sparkling waters from the communal kitchen but it was always empty the place left us feeling there is something to be desired all the other places we stayed at in Portugal were five star , amazing service, beautiful breakfast and Portuguese hospitality sadly didn't feel that here so sorry to say just the truth no hard feelings that was our honest experience. Also the breakfast room has a very very strong mold smell throughout which was off putting.
