First of all, being greeted by a true professional and warm person, Jony who was an amazing help for the three nights that we stayed there. I had put in the room code into our apartment incorrectly and had to call him off hours and he was so gracious and so helpful. An absolute fantastic experience with him and on our last day with Mafalda. As others have said, the apartment was spotless, furniture, and kitchen items all in workable order. Great suggestions on restaurants and the location could not have been better for us. We will be recommending the Casa to our friends and family who visit Évora. The swimming pool and patio areas were wonderful to enjoy as well.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There were many stairs to our apartment but the hotel staff always offered to help us with our bags! We didn’t try the breakfast but there is a wonderful bakery just around the corner. Would definitely recommend!

EVERYTHING
Extraordinarily beautiful historic property, meticulously restored and maintained. Unbeatable location, close to cafes, and all the sights. 40’C when visiting Évora, our room was a cool oasis and the pool was much appreciated. Great amenities. Warm and helpful staff. Absolute perfection. Highly recommend.
