This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 (including bunk space), with a fully stocked kitchen, open-concept living and dining area, WiFi, washer/dryer, wood stove, and A/C units in the living room and mini split in lower level and a window unit in all bedrooms. Two smart TVs are available for streaming with your accounts (no cable).

THE COMMUNITY
Wallenpaupack Lake Estates includes 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool with a sauna, lakefront beaches on both Deer Lake and Beaver Lake, a game room for kids, snack bar, tennis, volleyball, skate park, marina, and many seasonal activities geared toward families. Explore wleonline.org to discover for yourself. 8 amenity passes are available for use of these areas. Parking passes are required to be hung from your cars rear view mirror at all times. Any car not tagged will be fined so please make sure you pick yours up upon arrival. The Community requires a Registration Form to be completed prior to arrival that lists all guests, vehicles and boats/trailers.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the property is contactless by lock box. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received.
Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: 1 cabinet in the kitchen and 1 closet in the lower level.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.

WHO WE ARE
This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt. All Guest info and Vehicle info will be required to be supplied at that time.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.

* DAY GUESTS are limited to 4 in addition to the 8 overnight guests. ALL GUESTS NEED TO BE LISTED ON THE RESERVATION FORM YOU WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE AT BOOKING. ALL GUESTS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE VEHICLE INFORMATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Only an additional 2 amenity passes will be available for day guests.

PARKING is limited to 3 cars. Guests staying for the day are limited to 1 additional car.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our rental management includes 24-hour emergency response for any issues that arise.

LAKE WALLENPAUPACK INFO - if you want to venture down to THE BIG LAKE, swimming and/or Floating is encouraged. Water is great for swimming and water levels are always high enough for a boat to be launched if you have one to bring.
Rocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season.
Spring – Lake levels will be high.
Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st.
Fall – Water levels will be lowest, Boats can still be launched until docks come out and block the launch, but while docks are still in the water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking (for loading and unloading passengers. There is no boat slip availability for guests).
Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”.

HOUSE RULES
No Smoking inside – smoking outside only. Must not leave any butts and ashes behind
NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns.
Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.

For Spring Renters:
Yes you will need a fishing license. The outdoor pools aren't open till Memorial Day and then they're only open on the weekends until they go full time which is usually around the 3rd week of June. The lakes will be accessible but without lifeguards. So you can fish the lake from the shoreline. The Wallenpaupack lakefront is available and the playgrounds/ball fields/courts are always open. Pools/beaches close a few weeks after Labor Day, weather dependent. When the outdoor pools are closed the indoor pool schedule goes into effect. **Our home is not listed as Pet Friendly. We understand that many of you feel you have very well behaved dogs but our policy is strict. Please do not inquire if we will make an exception. Thank you!

This is an absolutely lovely cabin nestled in a wonderful lakeside gem of a community. Our family had a truly excellent stay at the end of our long summer - just in time for our little guy to start kindergarten. The house is super charming, roomy, well furnished, and has everything you might want! There are plenty of family fun activities in the area, the beach on the lake is close and very well kept, and there's even a community pool with great snacks and even more fun. We made so many memories together on this trip!!The whole family had a fantastic time and we are really grateful to have been able to share in everything this magnificent place has to offer!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. The location right on the water with its private dock was perfect. We enjoyed paddling around the lake in the kayaks, walking around the lake and soaking in the scenery. The weather was perfect, almost fall-like. In addition to seeing deer, ducks and blue heron, we also took a shirt drive to Lacawac Sanctuary to do a little hiking, take in the peaceful views and learn more about our environment. Overall, very relaxing and peaceful.

Was in a quite private area. House does need updating for the price per night we paid. Was big enough for my family of 3. First nice we were there a bat was in my granddaughters room may have come from a hole in the wall where it looks like a crawl space is...did have a musty smell and the dock was ok, its a floating dock and boats were always passing so it made it very unstable to stand we took chairs to sit on. It was an ok stay......fishing off dock was good got some fish.
