Lovely weekend stay with the family and dog

Location super for what I wanted for the weekend. Arrival and leaving really easy. They were happy for my dog to join us which is always a bonus in a holiday house. The place was cosy but spotless and had everything in the kitchen including an amazing coffee machine! They also accommodated a late check-out for us, which was really appreciated.

Nothing we didn't like. It was a little bit more than we would have paid for that weekend, but for the location and comfort it was well worth it.

Beatiful Dutch countryside house with all the amenities you will need

The house was clean and quite. We needed a place for the family while parquet floors were being sanded in our own house and we wanted a place we can feel home. This house met my expectations. We found all the amenities that our house provided and didn't miss a thing

There is 1 queen (or king) sized bed in the master bedroom which was quite comfortable. There is also another smaller bed in the hallway. In winter the hallway is not as warm as the rest of the house so we had a minor inconvenience. It probably wouldn't be a problem in summer but in winter this smaller bed is not very suitable for a child.

Superb

We loved the location which was excellent for our visits to family and friends. It provided us with far more privacy than anything else I researched in the area. It also gave us a short drive's access to local restaurants, shops and the brilliant Terspegelt sterrenstrand for the grandchildren. The interior is carefully thought out and in a boutique style.

A beautiful spacious property in a secluded and exclusive area just outside of Eersel town.

Just called the host and the keys were delivered immediately.

Teaspoons were lacking in the cutlery draw, for tea drinkers this was a little bit inconvenient :-)

Exceptional

Very nicely designed and furnished guesthouse, well equipped and located away from the street. Good coffee machine, hob and oven. Plenty of tableware. A lot of light, both natural and artificial. Friendly and helpful hosts who live in the main house. The latter is far enough from the guesthouse to allow you not bother each other with noise or lights.

Could be a bit noisy sometimes, since the Eindhoven airport is nearby and the neighbor just across the fence seemed to be cleaning up his plot from trees.

Uns war es leider viel zu dunkel in der Wohnung

Geräumige Ferienwohnung.

Leider ist das Haus von Bäumen und Hecken eingewachsen, dass heißt, es kommt selbst bei Sonnenschein kaum Tageslicht ins Wohnzimmer. Die vielen Lampen machen gemütliches Licht (schön am Abend), jedoch fehlen Lampen, mit denen man es auch mal tagsüber hell in den Räumen machen kann. Zur Wohnung gehört eine kleine Terrasse zum Parkplatz hin, jedoch liegt diese zu jeder Tageszeit im Dunkeln und lädt auch ansonsten nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt war problemlos und überaus freundlich. Ein kleines Problem mit dem TV wurde sofort behoben. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt, unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Weekend guest house de Hees

De ruimte in en om het huis en de rust. Het huis an sich straalt luxe uit maar eigenlijk mistten wij de puntjes op de i. Zeer vriendelijke host!

De douche (geen badkamer) is tov het hele huis nogal klein. Watertoevoer slecht in de zin van weinig druk. Tevens niet echt schoon. Toilet ruim met loshangende wc-rolhouder. Slaapkamer prima maar hoeslaken met gaten en eigenlijk te klein voor het matras (zo leek het). De keuken was compleet maar mistte deksels voor de bakpannen, geen schaar aanwezig evenals een maatbeker. Daarentegen borden, bestek, glazen etc in overvloed. Over het algemeen zou de hygiëne beter kunnen.

Uitstekende en vlotte communicatie met de gastheer. Zeer mooie vakantiewoning op afgesloten domein aanpalend aan de woning van de gastheer. Mooie groene omgeving.

Vliegroute luchthaven Eindhoven boven woning (enkel overdag) en achtergrondgeluid autosnelweg, maar niet in die mate dat het echt storend was (en al zeker niet als je binnen zit). Misschien mocht hier en daar wat beter afgestoft worden in de hoekjes, maar ook hier doet het absoluut geen afbreuk aan deze prachtige woonst en de veel sterker doorwegende voordelen. Dus als we in de buurt zijn komen we hier heel graag terug! ;-)
