Cosy chalet in nature

What a cosy chalet! We had a wonderful stay and everything was lovely and available. The rooms were cosy and well-furnished. Everything we needed was available and the host was exceptionally kjnd. We also visited the Beekse Bergen Light Safari, which was only a 20min drive away. Ps. We even saw the squirrel!! & so many other lovely birds. The nature is so peaceful. Good to note: it was really in the nature so very dark in the evenings. Make sure to use the flashlight when walking the dog at night. We would definitely stay here again!

The written instructions were very good, we needed them navigating in the dark. Part of the park seems is being re-built, but the chalet is tucked away in the back of the park so no disrruptions.

The best place to stay ever!!

The Kleine Eekhoorn is an amazing place. It is quiet, the only thing you hear is birdsong, the wind and rarely a car. Birds and red squirrels are visiting the veranda every day. The views are beautiful and there are so many options for beautiful walks in the forest. There are fabulous attractions close by such as the Efteling and the Beekse Bergen. The park has a lovely swimming pool and bar/restaurant area. Close by (walking distance) there is a brilliant restaurant and farm shop. The amenities in the cottage are the most complete I have ever seen in any other cottage. I can only say that I highly recommend this place and I have booked my next visit already.

A fantastic four day, three night stay!!!

the cottage is set well away from from of daily life - on the edge of a forest and farm lands. a beautiful area surrounded by nature. the cottage is a home away from home. it has everything you need to feel completely at home...

there is some construction work happening but it really did not bother us. It was easy to avoid.

It was very comfortable. It has everything you need when you are self catering. It was really home from home. The environment is amazing and it is nice and quiet. The birds and squirrels come up to the terrace. Beautiful walking trails and close to the best attractions.

Absolutely stunning chalet, with amazing amenities and friendly hosts. Would 110% recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful and scenic property.

I loved everything, only difficult to find and would suggest a car drop off to the front rather than at reception :)

Nice cottage in the Dutch countryside.

The house is quite comfortable.We were two families and we had a wonderful time. It is equipped with modern appliances. Nice yard to enjoy your coffee next to nature. Squirrels and birds visited us every day. Wonderful!!!!

Aanrader voor wie van rust en natuur houdt.

Super compleet chalet, heel gezellig ingericht en op een heerlijke rustige locatie aan decuiterste rand van een vakantiepark. Uitzicht op weiland en bosrand. Veel vogeltjes en eekhoorns gezien.

Die waren van tijdelijke aard. Er was veel geluid vanwege graafwerkzaamheden op het park en de waterleiding was net voor aankomst geraakt waardoor we een aantal uur geen water hadden. Verder hebben wij geen nadelen aan het huisje ondervonden.

Perfect.

De kleine eekhoorn is een gezellig huisje met karakter. Het is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is prachtig en het is er heerlijk stil. Een paar dagen in dit huis en je bent heerlijk uitgerust.

Uitzicht

Begin van park nieuw aangelegd, deze chalet in achterste deel van park, braakliggend stuk ertussen was rommelig en ook moeilijk begaanbaar.

Een stukje paradijs op aarde.

De ruimte in het chalet, het licht maar vooral de buitenruimte met dat prachtige uitzicht, de vogels, de eekhoorns en zoveel meer. Uren op het terras gezeten, de TV werd niet gemist.

Topvakantie

Het huisje was superleuk, mooie inkleding. Doordat er geen tv aanwezig was, zorgde het echt voor een prikkelarme omgeving waar je helemaal tot rust kwam. De accomodatie heeft ook leuke activiteiten (zwembad, speeltuin). Voor ons dochtertje van twee jaar waren er in de buurt heel leuke activiteiten. In het huisje is alles gewoon aanwezig! Wij hebben ook genoten van de diertjes die ons kwamen bezoeken.

Mooie plek waar nog stilte bestaat.

Prachtige plek, uitkijkend over een weiland, verder door het vrij zitten van het chalet,stilte, allerlei vogels en eekhoorns. Alles omheind dus handig voor onze twee chihuhua's.Binnen gelijk het hier ben ik thuis gevoel.

Heerlijke, rustig gelegen comfortabel chalet

Heerlijke rustige plek. Mooi comfortabel chalet. Goed uitgerust en gezellig ingericht. Mooi uitzicht, leuke tuin/terras met veel vogels en eekhoorntjes die eten komen scoren. Deur open van de badkamer en je kunt heerlijk naar buiten kijken terwijl je in bad ligt.

Het onderste bed van het stapelbed (2 pers.) is niet comfortabel. Bovenste bed ligt wel beter. Er is geen verlichting boven de eettafel. Dat is lastig met spelletjes doen of puzzelen.

De ligging is fantastisch. Midden in de natuur. Prachtige vogels, eekhoorns en reeen te zien vanuit het huisje. De omgeving is schitterend om te fietsen en te wandelen. Het huisje is comfortabel en gezellig. Liefde op het eerste gezicht
