Well stocked, great host

When people say “well stocked” it is an understatement! So much food, soap, and more for us to use! parking was convenient. we loved our stay and trying new foods. it was fabulous!

Full of surpises!!!

I was amazed from the hospitality of TEREZA and my and my family we had great time in the area. the back yard is also great and i recomend the house 100%. believe me guys is an amazing experience!!!

Exceptional

We were fascinated by Teresa's wonderful hospitality and care. Teresa took care of us like her own children. Thank you very much for such a warm welcome. Breakfast was very tasty and varied! The apartment is very spacious and clean, everything is there for a comfortable life! and the lemon tree garden is a great place to relax with children. We will definitely come back again with the whole family.

Fantastic quirky house in Chiavari

Fantastic hosts, very accommodating and helpful, especially when one of our cars broke down, they helped us to find a nearby garage to take a look. Very large property with plenty of space, good facilities too.

The host is very friendly. She even cooked us a pizza. The breakfast is amazing. The house is very well equipped and clean. It also has a beautiful garden. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The house is a bit noisy caused by the road nearby but it is not annoying. The internet connection is a bit slow.

Exceptional

I love the mom!! She is so wonderful! She thinks of all the possible needs of the guests. Her welcoming spirit just creates the desire to stay there over and over again. We've stayed in this area 4 times. We never returned to the other lodgings. It was our second time staying here and anytime I return to Chiavari, I will stay here. Communication with the owner was without complications and very easy. He was very quick to respond everytime.

There were 2 fans available which were very helpful! But perhaps there could be enough for there to be 1 in each bedroom because there is no air conditioning. We weren't uncomfortable but if the weather were hotter, it could have been.

Exceptional

We felt safe there and we never felt like we had need of anything. Everything that you could possibly think of needing was available in the apartment. It was very easy to find and I'm so grateful that parking was included and at no charge. One more thing... We had accidentally forgot one of our toiletry and make up bags and we didn't know until I received a picture from the owners showing us that they had it. He then sent a message offering to send it back to us!! If these were things that were easily replaceable, I would've not cared - but they aren't easily replaceable and I'm so incredibly grateful for their generosity and consideration of us in this manner. Thank you so much!!!

Chiavari all inclusive

Die Schränke waren voller Essen und Getränke wo wir ankamen, war es sauber, Einkaufsladen in 2 Min zu Fuß, super ausgestattete Haus, großes Garten mit Grillplatz und einen Kickertisch. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, locker und hilfsbereit. Immer gerne wieder

Soggiorno MERAVIGLIOSO

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e non possiamo che ringraziare la signora Teresa per la sua STRAORDINARIA ospitalità. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il frigorifero pieno di ogni ben di Dio: cibo fresco, bevande, e tante piccole attenzioni che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. La casa era comoda, pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutto il necessario per passare dei giorni in completo relax. Si vede che la signora Teresa ci tiene davvero al benessere dei suoi ospiti e lo fa con un calore e una generosità rari da trovare. Consigliamo assolutamente il soggiorno da lei e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Trevlig värd

Värdinnan var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam att lösa de problem som uppstod även om hon inte pratar engelska. Hon hade bakat till att vi anlände och det fanns mycket att välja mellan till frukost. Läget är lite sämre eftersom det är 30 min promenad till stranden men det går buss. Bra med parkering och mataffär vid boendet.

Ingen luftkonditionering och tyvärr gick varmvattenberedaren sönder, men det löste värdinnan med tillgång till grannlägenheten.

Abbiamo adorato Teresa e la sua accoglienza autentica

Durante un trekking con le amiche, siamo state accolte da Teresa con grande entusiasmo e calore. La sua ospitalità è stata coinvolgente: ci ha davvero coccolate e ci siamo sentite a casa fin da subito. Anche se ci siamo fermate solo per una notte, ci sarebbe piaciuto restare di più, soprattutto per goderci il bellissimo giardino e l’abbondante colazione che ci ha preparato con cura. Abbiamo adorato Teresa e la sua accoglienza autentica! Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia scoprire una Liguria meno turistica, lontana dal mare ma sorprendente e genuina. Aggiungo che, alla partenza, avevamo dimenticato una cosa e Teresa ci ha subito avvisate e si è prodigata per farcela riavere: davvero adorabile!

La casa è davvero spaziosa e accogliente, perfetta per ospitare un bel gruppo di amici in viaggio. L’atmosfera è informale e rilassata, ideale per una vacanza senza troppe pretese, ma con tutto il necessario per stare bene insieme. L’unico aspetto da tenere presente è che c’è un solo bagno, quindi bisogna organizzarsi un po’, soprattutto se si è in tanti. Detto questo, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva e consigliamo la casa a chi cerca un soggiorno conviviale e autentico.

Bellissimo appartamento

La proprietaria è una persona stupenda, disponibilissima e simpatica, l'appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort, per fare la colazione abbiamo trovato di tutto. In tante volte che ho preso appartamenti non avevo mai trovato tanta disponibilità, dagli spazzolini da denti alle ciabatte. Da consigliare veramente

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, il letto matrimoniale della camera al piano superiore un po' troppo morbido e rumoroso quando ti muovi
