Appartamento accogliente, con tutto il necessario cosi' come si legge nella descrizione. Aria condizionata funzionante, letti e cuscini comodi, lavastoviglie e lavatrice a disposizione. Pentole in ottimo stato (non e' cosi' scontato). Non per ultima la disponibilita' dei proprietari, che ci hanno permesso senza problemi di anticipare il check in, e il posto auto garantito.

Non abbiamo critiche da fare. Spendiamo due parole per la location: l'appartamento si trova a Fiumaretta, 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare alla spiaggia di sabbia, in una bella baia con mare pulito. E' una zona molto tranquilla, con pochi negozi ma la possibilita' di una bella passeggiata serale lungo il fiume Magra, che ha la foce proprio qui. In pochi km, ci sono supermercati e la possibilita' di visitare posti bellissimi come Lerici, Tallaro, Sarzana, le 5 Terre.... insomma una bella base per qualche giorno di vacanza.

The host was also in touch via mobile in case of any questions - Apartment has all the necessary appliances including dishwasher and washing machine - Clean - The bed was comfy - Private parking

- No Wi-Fi or cable internet in the apartment. The cell phone coverage was also rather poor in that area (keep that in mind especially if your sim card is not from EU and you cannot benefit from free roaming) - The apartment is rather old. The interior and furniture need renovation - You cannot adjust the shower it as it is mounted to the wall (this was an issue for us as it was difficult to was the baby). Also the shower cabin has no sufficient cover so the water splashes all around - No mosquito nets - No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage to the second floor
