Zimmeraustattung und Bad (Bodendusche) modern und zweckmäßig. Betten und Matratzen hervorragend. Klimanalage im Zimmer. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Parkplätze kostenfrei hinter dem Haus. Frühstück von guter Qualität und mit regionalen Produkten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte) in der Nähe. Check-in problemlos über Automat (sonntags).
Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gibt einen Blick aus den vorderen Zimmern auf Bahngleise. Bei geschlossenem Fenster sind aber keine Bahngeräusche zu hören.
