Esplanada Beach Apartment, no single men

Wonderful apartments with an excellent location right by the sea. We really loved the beautiful sea view, the clean and cozy apartment, and that it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the amazing large sandy beach with an excellent smooth entrance into the sea — perfect for swimming and relaxing. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained, with a huge swimming pool and direct access to the beach. All necessary shops, cafés, restaurants, and a beautiful promenade for walking are located nearby. One of the best places for a relaxing holiday in Hurghada. We will definitely come back again 😊

Résidence calme, bien située, à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Plage privée agréable, avec une eau transparente à souhait, suffisamment profonde pour nager. Piscine de belles dimensions.

L'appartement était spacieux et calme, la résidence bien conçue mais les équipements sont un peu vieillissants. Avec un minimum de rénovation, ce serait parfait.

The location is fantastic. Just next to the touristic walkway. private beach for the compound, near everything & security 24/7. The apartment is much better than the reviews I read. Ome bedroom with two beds. Spacious. the furniture is not new, but overall convenient. Both airconditions are working in good conditions. I would definitely recommend it. The beach area is very nice and large. Sea bed is sandy not rocks.

The fridge is not working well, and the freezer needs to be fixed as it makes too much ice and you can not close it easily. Some minor maintenance can turn this apartment into a perfect vacation choice.

Posizione comoda. Resident con spiaggia e lettini privati

L’appartamento si trova in un complesso residenziale che si trova alle spalle dell’esplanada mall. Purtroppo la zona attorno è un cantiere con rumori e polvere. La casa era molto sporca , polvere ovunque e in alcune zone anche maleodorante. Il divano e il tappeto completamente da lavare . La biancheria in dotazione era costituita da lenzuola tutte diverse tra loro ( non che fosse questo il problema principale) e anche le asciugamani per il bagno erano teli mare. Appena arrivate abbiamo dovuto fare dei pass d accesso al resident con cauzione. Non specificato su Booking. Alle 6 del pomeriggio del primo giorno non c’era acqua in camera E dopo aver sollecitato per più di un ora la proprietaria ,siamo riuscite a lavarci …. La biancheria per il terzo letto ci è stata consegnata alle 19 di sera… assenza di qualsiasi tipo di prodotto per il bagno. Cucina sporca , con pochissimi utensili in dotazione …. Vecchi e rovinati ( sporchi ovviamente ) Probabilmente la casa era chiusa da tempo … e la proprietaria non si è preoccupata di passare qualche giorno prima per sistemare,arieggiare e accendere il frigo. Per i nostri standar italiani la pulizia della casa è assolutamente insufficiente . Wi-Fi non compreso nel prezzo Piscina in manutenzione
