The pool and some of the staff was helpful
There was no information at the apartment at all about how to work any thing there wasn't much kitchen utensils and only 2 hand towels so you had to buy a few things the apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived we had to wash all the kitchen things one had dirty water left in them. there was no market on site you only had 1 key so you had to go out together because you couldn't get through the security doors so that needs to be looked in

The place is nice and the pool..the greatest advantage for was pets allowed
No room service...no towels...no soap or shower gel...no bathroom. Facilities...no shower curtains...bad check out...this Nancy lady kept knocking on our door from 11 am to leave the room so pushing to leave the room although I offered to pay extra money for late check out..no going there again...there's a lot of other places in hurgada with nicer and flexible staff
