Great location and suited our family of 5 really well. Host very easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay again. Lovely views and sounds of the ocean.

Amazing villa in stunning location right at the seaside, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Several nice restaurants in walking distance. Central location makes it easy to visit the island. Seems very close to the airport on the map, but there aren’t noise issues at all.

Nothing, could spend a few months there.

Location, comfort and esthetics are exceptional

Nothing about the property itself - we did experience an untoward event when a main water pipe from the rooftop broke and filled the master bedroom closet, bathroom, bedroom and adjoining hallway and living room areas with three inches deep of water at 10pm one evening. I was difficult to reach the owner due to his being out of the country and lack of connectivity to his phone. For over an hour the water continued to pour from the ceiling until the police arrived in response to our call and they were able to turn off water supply from the street to the house. We and the police could not locate the internal water turn off switch from within the house as it was in a locked room. The electricity and wifi automatically shutoff. So until 5pm the next day, we were essentially without water to shower, toilets and elsewhere and then had to deal with all of our wet clothing We went to sleep at1am in a room which was not the en-suite bedroom as that walk in closet no longer had electricity and the closet ceiling was wet and damp—-after water was shut off and at 2:30am a local family member of the owner showed up to inquire about the problem. He arranged for a plumber and electrician to fix the problem over a 7 hour period and for the floors to be cleaned of the water. This was due to old pipes and varying water pressure as per the plumber. In the end, the problem was fixed but we lost a night and another full day of vacation. We also had to wash and dry and our clothes affected by water in the closet. It seems that good business practice would be to at minimum offer 2 days off the rental fee but that was not forthcoming. The owner did apologize and took action to fix the broken pipe problem once he became aware of it. I was told that they will be updating the plumbing on the house to avoid a future problem.
