Enjoy your next Oregon Coast adventure at this oceanfront house. It boasts sweeping ocean views from inside the house, from the backyard, or from the detached elevated sitting room. There is even a deck and firepit out back so you can enjoy sunsets without going anywhere. The inside of the house has a fun beach cabaña feel and is appointed with comfortable furnishings.
This house is centrally located just a short walk to downtown Rockaway Beach. You can catch a train ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, visit the International Police Museum, or just do a little strolling. You will find plenty of dining options and fun shops to explore. Garibaldi is almost six miles to the south where you will find more dining options and necessities, or pick up some fresh seafood at the Garibaldi Marina.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is no dishwasher in this home.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great view! Comfy beds. The kitchen counters are lacking here. Very hard to prep food. Not really safe beach access except 3-4 blocks north.

The house was exactly as advertised and the ocean views are amazing! The house has a great variety of amenities with the board games, lots of extra blankets, pancake syrup, Brita pitcher, etc. And the crow's nest is adorable! We had a really great, relaxing time. Thank you!

Overall a fine stay but the house is in need of some updating. Exposed wires near plug outlets near fireplace don’t seem safe especially when staying my with little kids. Fireplace does not draw and frequent blowdowns of smoke. Suggest cleaning of chimney is needed. View of ocean is nice but online pictures are a little deceiving, no direct access from house backyard. Overall, Rockaway town has very limited dining options too. Would stay at a different coastal town next time.
