All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach on the day of, based on availability. To reserve a beach setup in advance or for more information, please call 866-651-1869 or reserve online.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We went to celebrate my daughter's 18th Birthday. The beach view was amazing. You're in close proximity to all types of food and shopping. I plan to return myself just for me.

The room is in the most perfect spot for some beach views and city views. Had a perfect sunrise and sunset view. Very clean room no complaints. Nice to have security on site . We wished we had a longer stay with such a nice view !

The unit was clean and there were plenty of towels. We were unhappy with the odor is the room with twin beds. It had a BO or smelly feet smell. We cleaned the floor with disinfectant wipes and the smell never went away. There were also a bunch of wore out fake plants and 2 worn out sofas .

The property was perfectly located on the beach and was exactly what our family needed while we were in town for a baseball tournament. We were a little disappointed, however, in the furnishings and the dated-ness of the property. With a little bit of paint and a little bit more love/attention to some nicer and newer furniture and appliances, this place could be really great!
