The service was good, prompt and friendly. The premises were clean and the attitude of the staff was very professional.
The location wasn't as close to the beach as anticipated and it would've been nice to have a connection such as shuttle or a bicycle transportation to one.

This hotel is a clean and comfortable place to stay a few nights in the outskirts of Pho Quoc's chief town. It is located only 100m from a good PHO shop - accepts VISA - and the main street eateries just beyond.
We had a bit of a problem with the water nozzle cleaner by the toilet: It was clearly attached in the wrong position and would only deliver water if you were actually lower than its faucet tap......an impossibility of course. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant hotel.

Nice location. Possible to rent a motorbike. Friendly hotel staff.
We got a room with ants in bathroom, hotel staff directly clean it. Cleaning could be better through whole hotel. Swimming pool can also be more clean.
