We used Dolceacqua as a base for a couple of days exploring west Liguria and Menton/Monaco i France including, hikin

Nice and generous landlord. Modern and spacious apartment in a medieval house. Fantastic roof terrace. Nice with air conditioning when 35 C in the summer. Dolceacqua and the surroundings are great. Just like a saga with the castle, narrow alleys with arches between the houses, the Monet bridge….the local wine, Rossese, is interesting. A moderate hike to Laghetti di Rocchetta with crystal clear water, natural ponds for bath is recommended.

Nothing negative unless you dont like narrow steep stairs up to the apartment.

Heaven in Liguria

property was renovated to a very high standard, was in a great location, and was spotlessly clean. Paulo was a great host, very helpful. The sun terrace was great to sit in early in the morning, and in the evening, we felt we were part of Italian village life. Dolceacqua is a beautiful, peaceful place, and this property helped us enjoy it.

The apartment exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was very tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The kitchen appliances all functioned correctly and the owner had thoughtfully left a supply of welcome snacks. The apartment is conveniently located close to the centre of town. It's just a short walk across Dolceacqua's famous medieval bridge .

Potential visitors should be aware that the access to the apartment requires climbing some stairs.

Almost everything. Apartment is cozy, right in the middle of town, very comfortable and well equipped, easy access to Monaco, Menton and beautiful beaches of France as well as Italian's. Paolo is helpful and friendly, we were six nights there and had relaxing time.

Parking (if you find one) from 8-20 hr. is 1€/hr. Or make sure to park your car far enough from center of town. We were told, in areas of Sport and School (3 minutes walk from Apt.) is gratis but we got the ticket though for 30€. So in the area of P6 is free of charge, we left our car there for 2days and didn't get any ticket from Police,,,

The apartments are perfect. Everything inside had been made with love, as you would make for yourself. Breakfast was rich and tasty with special buns from Dolceaqua. Besides Paolo is very friendly and kind person. We were in Dolceaqua in January, when the weather was cold- almost 3 at night, but the atmosphere of Stardust warmed us well!

Perfect stay in Dolceaqua

Perfect location in the old village of Dolceaqua next to a square with a restaurant. Parking 2 minutes walk at the riverside. Paolo very kind man, and has eye for detail. Also nice little things for a small breakfast. Comfortable double bed, complete kitchen, good clean bathroom and upstairs a vide with a sofa bed and access to the private roof terrace. We will definitely come back and recommand this place.

Studio Flat in the Centre

Beautiful studio flat in the very centre, free parking is nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh and packed products, coffee provided for breakfast. The roof terrace is wonderful in the evening. We can recommend Stardust!

Fantastische loft met dakterras in een prachtige, schilderachtige & historische plaats! Met Castello dei Doria & de boogbrug als toeristische trekpleisters (en de eerste ook zeer de moeite waard om te bezoeken!). Leuke cafés en restaurants waar, zeker buiten dagtoeristen-tijden, relaxed én lekker gedronken & gegeten kan worden. Paolo had goede tips voor mij! Een kosteloze zoete toevoeging aan het ontbijt was inbegrepen, erg gastvrij!

Mi sono sentita a casa, tutto davvero pulito e ben organizzato. Non mancava nulla nella casa e abbiamo persino trovato tutto per la colazione,nonostante non fosse inclusa. Tovaglie e lenzuola profumate, tutto funzionante e davvero curato.

La posizione è eccelente. L'appartamento è en pleno centro, vicino a tutto. E spazioso, perfettamente curato e arredato, con tutti i confort necessari. Il proprietario Sig. Paolo e la sua compagna Eva sono molto accoglienti, amichevoli e disponiblili. Eva mi ha incontrato alla fermata del bus e mi ha aiutata con i bagagli. Lei anche sono venuta prima della mia partenza per accompagnarmi alla fermata del bus per Ventimiglia. Grazie mille, Sig. Paolo e Eva. Spero di rivedervi.

SUPER SEJOUR !!!!! A REFAIRE VITE

Paolo nous attendait pour nous remetrre les clés, il est très à l'écoute et donne des conseils de visites si besoin il reste joignable. L'appartement est magnifique , calme, central, original il ne manque rien et la terrasse est vraiment très agréble. Tout est prévu pour un petit déjeuner et même un petit apéritif ce qui est vraiment super. Merci beaucoup Paolo, nous reviendrons très vite .Catherine et Christian.

Week end à Dolceaqua en amoureux

Tout a été parfait. Paolo est super, il explique bien et il est au petit soin. L'appartement est spacieux avec tout à disposition. Plein de petites attentions dont le petit déjeuner. On a passé un super week-end, la ville est exceptionnelle avec un charme fou. Foncé les yeux fermés !

Très bon séjour, l'appartement est bien situé, très fonctionnel et bien équipé, très très propre, rien ne manque! Paolo notre hôte était très sympathique et attentionné, je n'ai jamais vu autant de petites attentions à notre arrivée: petit déjeuner douceurs salées, sucrées, fruits frais, café, thé ... parfait! on se croirait dans un hôtel 4 étoiles! Le toit terrasse est un plus!
