This spacious mezzanine apartment is located in the western part of the seaport city of Emden. It is located in a multi-family house and is only accessible via 5 steps. The apartment has perfect transport links and is easy to reach by car, train or bus. This apartment has an optimal mix between the proximity to the sights such as the famous Kunsthalle Emden and the rest on the beautiful large sunny covered balcony with windbreak against the Ostfriesische Breeze. Also worth mentioning is the short way to the university Emden or to the Volkswagen plant Emden. Numerous restaurants and cafes serving traditional German and international cuisine are within a 15-minute walk. A shopping center is in close proximity to the apartment. On 75 square meters, a friendly bright, cozy and stylishly furnished East Frisian holiday home was created. This modern, bright and large ground floor apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, the University of Emden and the train station. We have extensively renovated the apartment this year and equipped it with new furniture. Our apartment has 3 rooms, 75 square meters and is fully equipped. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area allows you to enjoy a magical breakfast, lunch, East Frisian tea or dinner. From the 4-plate stove, dishwasher, coffee maker on the teapot with warmer, everything is available. After a long day with many impressions of the seaport city of Emden and its surroundings, you can relax in the large living room on a spacious corner sofa. Relax with a nice book or a movie on the big UHD flat screen TV and forget the stress of everyday life. The Ambilight of the flat screen TV brings the white walls into enchanting light and gives the room a special atmosphere. The existing WLAN allows you to quickly share your experiences with your friends and acquaintances.  The large sunny balcony is accessed via the living room and invites you to relax with your own beach chair. The bright bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and outside window is spacious and continues the style of the apartment. The two bedrooms each have a large double bed with a width of 1.80 m. Both bedrooms are furnished with a table and two chairs and a spacious wardrobe. This table could also be used as a workplace. To darken the bedrooms properly, all windows are equipped with exterior blinds.
