Die Sauberkeit war hervorragen. Die Parkmöglichkeit unter einem Carport mit zwei Stellplätzen ist sehr praktisch Das elektrische Schiebetor ist stets geschlossen und man muss Fahrräder etc. nicht abschließen. Ein großer Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist inmitten eines Gewerbegebiets, dennoch recht ruhig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist aufgrund der angrenzenden Gebäude begrenzt schön. Der Balkon ist dennoch sehr schön und eigent sich zum Essen im Freien. Die Fußgängerzone Emden ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Ende der A31 ist mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten schnell zu erreichen
