Incredible views in Leysin

We are a family group of three adults and the apartment was able to accommodate us easily. Having access to an additional separate toilet was great and the main bathroom/shower is exceptional. Everything you need for self catering is provided. We loved the mountain and valley views from our balcony and this was our breakfast spot. Parking outside the apartment was very useful. We walked to the COOP for fresh bread on a daily basis and our fave meal was fondue at the Refuge de Mayen after walking back into Leysin after catching the cable car to the Bernese Mountain trails. Thank you Paola for your hospitality.

We enjoyed the apartment and its facilities. The low beds were OK for us but may be difficult for people with less mobility. A set of chopping boards would have been helpful to maintain the new kitchen worktop.

Too expensive. false advertising

The location is nice, right in the middle of the village. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are nice and modern. The view from the balcony is amazing! (But bring your own chairs if you want to spend more than half an hour sitting there)

We chose this appartment as it advertised having two bathrooms. This turned out to be a lie. There was one bathroom. The other "bathroom" was just a toilet. I know the english phrase "going to the bathroom" means going there, but it still is not a bathroom! This disappointment overruled the uncomfortable chairs on the balcony, the half-broken chairs around the dining table, the clogged drain of the shower and the doors of the bathroom and toilet not closing properly due to a misaligned locking mechanism. All in all, the worst appartment we had in more than 30 years of visiting Leysin.

We had to rely on a local to show us where the lock box was for the key. It would be great to have more detailed information about this.

Happy but also unhappy due to communication when there are many ways to contact.

Love everything about the apartment . Great location

Communications with the owner. We are not advise one day before of how to access the apartment. On the day we reach early, no one was around to assist us. Calling all the number in booking.com. Wasted 2 hours trying to to get the owner. When we finally get her , via booking.com help, that was like 350pm. I hope this problem can solve. There’s many ways to communicate. We don’t have to wait outside in the cold weather .

We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Leysin, Switzerland. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way, from its charming location to the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. Even though the hosts weren't physically present, they went above and beyond to assist us promptly with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly impressive.

Fabulous place to stay, very central in Leysin

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, the shower lovely and hot. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Having the raclette and fondue pan available was awesome so we stayed in one evening and cooked. The apartment is in walking distance of the shops, supermarket and swimming pool.

The towels could have been a little bigger.

Its very centrally located in Leysin. The apartment offers amazing views to the mountains. the house looks exactly as mentioned in photos. the kitchen is fully equipped and also some raw materials to cook food is available. Travelling with family so all these things came handy

Firstly its very difficult to locate the house on the hill. its behind the Main Street and no information was given in the description. We had to call the host to ask about location and key picking info. The owner was helpful and available on the call. The double bed in one room was really uncomfortable and was making sounds continuously while sleeping. The other bed was comfortable to sleep. No shower gel shampoos are available so bring it with you although it was mentioned in amenities. Their is a tax of 45 CHF which was not disclosed at the time of booking and we paid it while leaving the house.. the host is available on call for any information and help

The location was excellent and the apartment was nice, however the washroom was really unusual.

The bathrooms were really uncomfortable and unusual: 1 room with the shower, 1 room with a bathtub, 1 room with a toilet. It was not comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The cleaning utensilis were broken and dirty.

Very quick contact with owners, the flat is very clean and equipped with all that is needed. The view from the balcony is outstanding. There is an elevator in the building and parking is just near the entrance. the living room is very comfortable. I would definitely come back.
