Grande appartamento con tre camere, 2 bagni e ampio soggiorno con balcone. Garage disponibile. Vista sulla chiesa di Patrimonio.

Tout était parfait dans ce vaste appartement, extrêmement propre, spacieux, moderne, bien agencé, très bien équipé, doté d'un garage fermé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation et la terrasse. Le logement donne sur la route mais les fenêtres sont de très bonne qualité et on n'entend aucun bruit. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour cette région en plein été.
Propriétaire très réactif.

Magnifique séjour, appartement et équipement au top et à proximité des commerces et surtout des villages du cap corse et de Saint Florent.
Patrimonio village à découvrir, de belles balades, de bons restos et une épicerie avec de bons produits.
