Peaceful, no other apartments on the roof, large patio area, great view! Kitchen had everything I needed. Walking distance to Golf del Sur and Amarillo Golf.
The aprtment was nicely done but very small. No room for a desk or a table inside, a very small table with two plastic chairs on the patio for dining. Bathroom ceiling was lowered, not good for tall people. Raised floor for the sleeping area (potentially dangerous fall).

Far away from beach. The pool was cold. Not a realy party place.
