Apartament oceniam bardzo wysoko. W szafie czekało na nas dużo ręczników, co było super, bo mieliśmy świeżutkie ręczniki co noc. Dużo gniazdek w domu co również oceniam na plus. Wygodne łóżko, wyposażona kuchnia włącznie z kawą, herbata, przyprawami, itp. Toster również na plus, super udogodnienie. Wyposażenie domku spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania wakacjowiczów: nowy tv, żelazko, deska, klima, no super! Lokalizacja b. Dobra, tuż przy centrum handlowym i dużo przystanków w pobliżu. W szafie były nawet dwie parasolki które uratowały naszą wycieczkę do Rovinji :)

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Er hat auf alle Fragen im Vorfeld schnell geantwortet und hat uns auch bei unseren Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Wohnung selbst hat es an Nichts gefehlt, es war Alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Die Sauberkeit war gut, hätte natürlich besser sein können, aber bei einem Kurzurlaub ist das nicht so tragisch. Das Bett war gemütlich und auch der schöne Außenbereich fürs Frühstück sehr angenehm, die Größe der Zimmer reicht auch vollkommen aus sofern man nicht Stunden über Stunden nur drinnen verbringt. Auch der Preis hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man kann sagen, dass Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis stimmt bei dieser Unterkunft. Die Nähe zum Strand war uns auch sehr wichtig und diese ist definitiv gegeben, zur "Gortanova uvala" sind es nur ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß und dieser Strand hat uns echt überzeugt. Zu weiter entfernten bekannten Stränden wie dem Havajska plaža (auch Hawaii Beach genannt) ist ein Fußmarsch nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Die Entfernung zur Stadt. Zu Fuß etwa 30/40 Minuten. Dafür ist der Strand aber nicht weit weg.

Прекрасное расположение. Море в шаговой доступности, рядом несколько пляжей. Большой торговый центр в 10 минутах ходьбы. Тихий район. Апартаменты с собственным садом. Комфортный отдых. Внимательный хозяин.

Andrea, the host, was really helpful from the very beginning. Communications were easy and quick. We landed very late and he was at the door when we arrived to welcome us and show us around. The apartment has a good size and it's very clean. You will find everything you need there, with a really well equipped kitchen. The area is quiet and we really enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning. The beach is about 10 minutes walking and city centre is about 30 minutes walking. There are shops and supermarkets nearby. The garden is great, there is even a hammock! We really enjoyed it during breakfast and dinners.
