A környék csodálatos, a buszmegálló pedig a ház előtt van, így könnyű az eljutás bárhova. A reggeli könnyen megoldható volt a szomszéd kisboltból, a szobában pedig volt hűtő, mikro, vízforraló, étkészlet.

Jó helyen van, közel a kerékpár (télen sí) pályához. 4 fős baráti társaságnak ideális, külön ágyak, elegendő hely, bringatárolási lehetőség az udvarban a tető alatt. Kinti kiülő, felszerelt konyha.
