This penthouse is a true sanctuary—a perfect escape from reality. Spacious, impeccably maintained, and adorned with exquisite details, it gives you the feeling of being aboard an exclusive private yacht. It combines the elegance of a five-star hotel with the intimacy of a private retreat, offering everything you could possibly wish for a truly memorable stay. The views are nothing short of spectacular: on one side, the shimmering sea stretching into infinity, and on the other, lush greenery and tranquil forest. From the very first moment, the hospitality is unmatched—you are welcomed with warm smiles and a bottle of fine local wine, and you depart embraced with genuine affection and heartfelt goodbyes.

To good to recommend, this should be a secret hide out

Wonderful Appartement with perfect sea view and big balcony. Furnished with everything you might possibly need (except for a shower / bathtub instead, but that’s perfectly fine for us) Special mention goes out to the mattress. I have trouble with back pains and sleeping in beds other then my own is usually a huge problem for me. Oftentimes it’s one of the things I have problems with on holiday. Ivo furnished bed (and sofa!) with heavenly mattresses and I slept like a baby. Additionally, Ivo is the most attentive host you can wish for, helps any way he can with whatever trouble you have - in our case a blown tire the day before our departure. All in all this is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet spot on the island. Perfect for doing nothing or being quite active if you want to hike, bike, snorkel…

Exceptional

Well guys, you will stay in a hospitable house, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, the apartments are very tastefully furnished, we felt privacy, nothing was missing. The view from the terrace is amazing, you can see the island of Hvar. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality soap, dishwasher and coffee machine. Račišče is a perfect island location, surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, nice beaches, quiet place. Bistro Cin &Cin delicious food, 20 minutes by car to the supermarket and the wonderful old town of Korčula. Thank you Captain:)

The view from the terrace, the inside of the whole apartment, the thematic setup (sailor's home). Ivo was a great host, was attentive and made our stay great.

Great place to relax and enjoy the views and the small town

Absolutely beautiful top-floor unit. It is very modern and large, with a spectacular balcony and view of the water. It's close enough to the town to walk for food/drinks or groceries. Great place to come and relax for a few days. It's really close to two spectacular beaches and if you are into biking, the ride into Korcula town is amazing.

Wifi was inconsistent and would drop out frequently. Despite saying so on the listing, there is no laundry in the unit.

A beautiful, well located, relaxing house, with a wonderful host. The attic is of a very high quality, tastefully furnished with all amenities including lovely small touches like wine left for us. We had a beautiful stay… It was even more beautiful than the pictures. We hope to be back one day. Highly recommend.
