The sea is in 2 min walk
During the vacation absolutely no people came to the accomodation we were on our own
The personal space and the garden is really nice
The accomodation has everything you need good kitchen rooms bath grill air conditioning in the kitchen
Air conditioning for the rooms would be needed it could be really warm in the morning
The parking is a bit hard to understand at first

Private garden sureounded by trees is something exceptional. Beach aound the corning. Bottle of wine, coffee, and all the amenities waited for us. Excellent service.

House has more amenities than most private accommodation places in Croatia. Things were mostly functional. Large terrace is a nice bonus, and the area is quiet and private. The beach and most services are within short walking distance
This is in fact an unfinished house with no proper roofing. Inside and at the terrace it's not necessarily noticeable, but since there's no proper heat insulation at the roof, during heatwaves it can get pretty hot inside and difficult to sleep. The house actually does not have a private parking on premise as it has been advertised. Most electrical outlets are falling out of the wall with some of them (like the kitchen one) placed at dangerous positions. There are also damaged walls and other small things around that need fixing. The house doesn't seem to have seen any refreshment and further investment since it was (half) built.
