Die Lage ist genial. 200 m bis man die Füße im Meer hat. Vom Dachbalkon tollen Meerblick Marina die Cecina ist ein toller Ort, der nicht völlig touristisch ist. Tolle Cafés. Für Vegetarier nur bedingt geeignet - Fisch, Meeresfrüchte und Fleisch dominieren die Speisekarte.
Ein Rooftop ohne Beschattung ist bei 37 Grad nicht nutzbar. Die Beschattung vom Prospekt dürfte schon länger abgebaut sein. Das ist sehr blöd, denn der Rooftop war ausschlaggebend für die Wohnung. Dass die ganze Wohnung nur kaltes Wasser hat, ist beim Duschen und beim Geschirrspülen blöd. Einmal war der Servicemitarbeiter da, dann ging es für 2 Std. Scheinbar kann man den Durchlauferhitzer ausschalten 😉.aber nur mit einem Schlüssel. Das war schon blöd.
