Enzian 318 AMS Mt Buller

the lounge is super comfy, the property is really close to the village and the amenities were good. not too many stairs to access

the beds were hard and the second bathroom is extremely small but located in the room that can sleep 6. the bathrooms are both ensuites (the spa bathroom is accessed via a hidden entry in the wardrobe!!)

The location was great and there was plenty of room for us all. The bed linen and towels seemed very clean.

The door out to the decking needs to be fixed as it didn't open/close properly. Some of the furniture is starting to loosen/fall apart. E.g the coffee table and one of the bedside tables in the double bed/bunk room. The price seemed a bit high but that may have been due to events on that weekend and demand for accommodation.

Excellent, quiet location with stunning views. Great to have a well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment. Plenty of sunlight streams in the windows of the living area which meant we didn't have to use heaters at all.

Could have been cleaner, particularly the floors, pipes and vents in the bathrooms are in need of someone with a bit of time. Dusty cobwebs along the cornices are unattractive and the interior of kitchen cupboards could do with some attention and decluttering. Mattress protectors were covered in someone else's hair and should be updated. Cold showers on first night. Quick, early showers on subsequent nights solved the problem. May have been nice to have a spa but we were concerned it would use all the hot water!
