Manna Gum - Base of Buller is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat in nature, with beautiful surroundings and convenient access to Mt. Buller Alpine Resort. With its family-friendly atmosphere and range of amenities, it's an excellent choice for families and groupsOne negative point is that the laundry room is located inside one of the rooms. This can be inconvenient when other friends are coming and going, using the laundry facilities while others are sleeping in the room. It would be great if the laundry room could be relocated to a common area rather than being inside a bedroom

Thankyou for access to your wonderful property, we had a lovely stay.
Some of the issues we had were that the dishes were not clean, when we pulled them out of the cupboard and found many unclean dishes. Also the coffee machine was needing to be descaled.
The fit did not draw eell at all as the fly needed clearing, this caused a smoky environment inside.
Overall, We felt the property lacked warm, welcoming touches and attention to cleanliness.
