Lokalizacja, czystość, sam apartament w pełni wyposażony, z udogodnieniami, bardzo wygodny.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super, 5 Minuten Fußweg und man ist direkt am Strand von Mondello. Auch Francesco gibt sich wirklich Mühe einem alles genau zu erklären. Der Garten/Außenbereich ist schön groß.
Die Fotos in der Anzeige vermitteln einem einen anderen Eindruck vom Zustand als er aktuell ist. Wir kamen an und als erstes fiel uns der modrige Geruch in allen Zimmern auf, der auch nach täglichem Lüften nicht weg ging. Es befindet sich Schimmel in der Dusche, die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist so durchgelegen, dass wir immer wieder in die Mitte rollten und fast auf einander geschlafen haben. Die Matratze im Kinderzimmer weißt Flecken auf, teilweise sind die Fliegengitter kaputt und die Klima schaltet sich mitten in Nacht einfach aus.
