Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus im Herzen der Stadt nahe dem Collosseum. Man bekommt von der herzlichen Gastgeberin ein Rundumsorglos-Paket mit Pflegemittel, Hausschuhen, Kaffee, Tee und kleine Kuchenstücken.
Das Appartement hat baulich bedingt ein kleines Feuchtigkeitsproblem im Badbereich mit den bekannten Auswirkungen.

Apartament jest bardzo zawilgocony. Na ścianach, pod prysznicem, na obrazkach rośnie pleśń. W powietrzu unosi się zapach stęchlizny. Pościel w apartamencie sprawia wrażenie wilgotnej, ręczniki nie schną.
