Good option for a short stay

Location was perfect for us, hosts were very friendly and offered us a better appartment than we booked, answered all our questions. We appreciated the outside area with some slides and swings for kids. Kitchen was stacked very well. Photos and description mach the reality.

The shower was not working - water was either scolding hot or ice cold and you have about 15 seconds in between to wash yourself.

I can’t recommend this apartment

The heat was unbearable, even with the ventilators on. At night, the sound of the wind was extremely disturbing. On the first night, we couldn’t sleep at all because of the heat. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for two days, even though it showed as connected. Additionally, there were no good restaurants in the area for breakfast or lunch.

Apartmant was okey, we also cleaned at the end. Owner DOES NOT return DEPOSIT, very bad experiance

Accommodation owner DOES NOT communicate with us after we get to the appartmant. DOES NOT answer messages or phone calls. Also he DOES NOT give back our 200 eur deposit

Easy reach from Europa park. Nice and quiet. Lovely sunny garden. We'd have liked to stay a bit longer to enjoy the outside space with it's grillplatz and seating area. Maybe next time.

Realy nice host, the appartment was very clean and comfortable. For me a person with backproblems, i was pleasantly surprised of how comfortable the beds where. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment was very clean. The owners very helpful and really nice. It has blinds to darken the room. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is optimal when going to visit Europa-Park. Although the apartment does not seem complete yet, a two night stay to visit Europa-Park was fine. It was one of the cheaper options in the neighborhood.

This apartment seemed like work in progress. Some power outlets did not work (yet?), the shower was a bit cheap (and thus already disfunctioning), it only had an Electrical water heater (iso eg boiler) so warm water was a bit glitchy, the apartment had a very tiny fridge, the TV was very old and had a constant tone of 50 Hz. Besides that the building is a bit noisy. Wi-Fi did not manage to stream a Netflix movie.

Naja....

Die Lage war super, im ca 5 min ist man am Park. Parkplätze vorhanden. Nette Vermieterin Bequeme Betten

Auf den ersten Blick war alles gut. Dann kam das aber. Heizung nur über kleine Infrarotheizung und Heizlüfter. Musste dann immer vom zubeheizten Raum gebracht werden. Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, waren danach alle krank. Krabbeltiere und Brandlöscher im Sofa. Im Bad gibt es keinen Fön oder Shampoo, falls sich da jemand drauf verlässt. Küche auch sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung sollte an einigen Ecken dringend renoviert werden. Bei einem Preis von 160 pro Nacht, kann man viel mehr erwarten!

Ça dépanne pour quelque jours

La communication était très difficile, il faut vraiment savoir parler anglais car les téléphones à notre arrivée n'avais pas de connexion pour pouvoir communiquer.

Je ne savais pas qu'il fallait laisser une caution de 200 euros. Au 2ème jour le chauffe eau ne marchait pas, nous avons dû nous laver à l'eau froide, par ce temps pas très agréable !

Irrespectueux de louer à ce prix avec un vieux radiateur médiocre pour chauffer

L’emplacement

L’appartement était pas chauffé, à notre arrivé il faisait 14 degrés nous avons dû dormir avec des pulls ! Inadmissible en sachant que je venais avec 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans réservé 1 mois à l’avance ! Grosse fuite dans la douche, prise électrique dangereuse. Contact personnel très médiocre et pas agréable hormis une petite jeune qui nous a donné la clé. Cela ne valait vraiment pas le tarif demandé pour la nuit. À fuir

Idéal pour une ou quelques nuits près d'Europa Park pour une grande famille ou un groupe.

Grand appartement, cuisine fonctionnelle, parfaitement propre, grand jardin avec jeux pour les enfants, balcon avec soleil couchant, accueil par les propriétaires, parking gratuit devant la maison, rien de négatif. 12 min en voiture d'Europa-Park.

Bien mais..

Pratique avec canapé lit pour nos 2 enfants et lit pour 2 adultes. Près d'Europe-Park très appréciable.

Nous avons eu froid lors de notre nuit. Malgré le petit chauffage donné à branché à une prise de courant. Peut-être sera-t-il judicieux de prendre un chauffage plus récent qui prendrai plus de surface mais ce n'est qu'une suggestion.

l’eau était difficile à régler, sois trop chaud ou trop froide, la température de l’appartement était très basse pour la saison nous avons eu froid. La vaisselle était pas propre et le bar collant.

Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, sehr zentral und die Umgebung ist sehr Familienfreundlich. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Sackgasse. Für 2 Übernachtung ohne Nutzung der Küche vollkommen ausreichend

Die Unterkunft war zwar sauber, aber etwas heruntergekommen. Die Möbel und die Ausstattung wären mit wenigen Mitteln verbesserungsfähig. Es wurde leider an Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien gespart. Die Pfanne hat schon Lage die besten Tage hinter sich…

Platz für 11 Personen recht knapp gehalten Geschirr war sehr knapp berechnet Ankunft und Abreise waren sehr chaotisch was wohl sonst eigentlich ganz gut läuft.

L'emplacement est super si c'est pour un séjour a europapark.

Non mentionné sur l'annonce mais le 2eme lit double est enfaite simplement un canapé, rideau de douche qui ne fonctionne pas correctement donc de l'eau partout a la fin des douche, et pas de tapis de bain. Les luminaires ne fonctionnent pas correctement voir carrément manquant. Et pour finir un appartement envahi de cafards.

Très bon séjour.logeurs disponibles et réactifs rapidement

Emplacement près des activités... Propreté.... Calme

Compliqué de se connecter au wifi car Allemagne Néanmoins nous n'avons pas voulu embêter nos logeurs avec cela Surpris mais pas plus que ça d'une caution (heureusement que nous avions suffisamment de liquide qui nous a été restituee sans souci au départ). Il faudrait juste noter sur le site qu'il faut avoir du liquide car pas en chèque Séjour très agréable néanmoins et suffisamment d'espace pour tous Parlent couramment anglais
