Le calme et le charme de la Bastide. L'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes. La piscine et tous les équipements pour passer un excellent séjour.

The accommodation is perfect to relax, swim in the pool and explore the surroundings. We travelled by car. Our host greeted us on arrival and after the welcome drink showed us the premises and our room. The pool is great! Our studio had everything to enjoy the stay)

La grande piscine, le charme de la bastide
Plusieurs soucis : 1. Les dates réservées sur Booking ont été décalées de 2 jours par le propriétaire, sans compensation quelconque (on nous a offert une nuit en plus, sans que cela ne soit possible dans notre planning) 2. Sur 7 jours, les toilettes ont été bouchées pendant 6 jours, rendant le séjour inconfortable (toilettes inutilisables), ainsi qu'un manque d'intimité avec les aller/retours du propriétaire pour régler le soucis. 3. Notre fille de 4 ans a été attaquée 2 fois par des guêpes sur le toboggan pour enfants, dont la 2eme fois avec 5 piqûres. Il y avait un nid de guêpes sous le toboggan pour enfants... Nous tenons à souligner que le propriétaire a fait son possible pour résoudre ces soucis, néanmoins cela a impacté très négativement notre séjour. Aucune compensation financière ne nous a été proposée.
