Disappointing stay because it was not what we expected.
Location and clean property
Lack of privacy. False advertising on booking.com regarding renting the entire place. It was not clear at all that the host lived on the property and that all amenities (e.g., pool, trampoline, gardens) would be shared between us and her family (incl adult children and grandkids). Host also had a party right outside our door one evening which made it difficult for our kids to sleep. It should have been made clear through booking.com or through the host that this is not a private stay but a shared stay. Our expectation was to have a private getaway for our family and that's not what we had. For the money that we have paid we expect transparency.

When you're looking for a perfect place to spend some time with your family or friends in Saint Maximin le sainte beaume, this is the place. Mrs Sanchez is the perfect hostess. She makes you feel like its your new french home, takes care of the perfect stay for everyone :)). Everything is absolutely taken care of, beautifully clean and organized. And the view from your bedroom? You need to see for yourself! :)) We recommend it for 100%! :)

Un weekend au calme hors saison dans un endroit agréable
Le T2 est très bien agencé et équipé, situé au milieu des arbres, dans un endroit calme. Nous avons passé un weekend fin octobre et nous avons bien profité du lieu. Mme Sanchez est très sympathique et à l'écoute.
Tout était bien. Seul regret, le prix de la location est un peu élevé hors saison.
